Tap at the Sidmouth Jazz Festival 2022. Poured a clear light golden colour with lots of bubbles. The aroma is crushed apples. The flavour is moderate sweet, with a crisp, fresh, acidic, light herbal, sugary palate. Medium to light bodied lively carbonation.

Cask at Moon under Water, Wolverhampton. Is very slow to clear, but eventually pours “bitter brown” with a small off-white head and good lacing. Not much of an aroma – ust vague hints of autumn fruits. In the mouth it starts off with sweet malts on a caramel base with some underlying bitterness. Later on there is some general fruitiness, and you notice it’s all a bit watery. Finish is slightly nutty. A decent bitter, if nothing else.
