Cask - Juicy mango and grapefruit. Hazy gold with a big white head. Tropical fruit and a sweet syrupy long slightly pithy bitter finish, nose is amazing, but a bit syrupy on the tongue.

12oz bottle c/o Elise. Red-brown unfiltered body. Foamy off-white head. Rich, sweet, thick sugary aroma. Unapologetic amber malt, cherry tinged sweetness. The hops aren’t as prevalent as I would hope. Woody cherry amber and specialty malts are too much for me. Lacks any bite, balance. Not bad, but not so great either.

Sampled from the tap at the Chama brewpub. Pours a clear orange with an amber hue and an off whit head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a combination of grass and rye backed by a bit of earthiness. Flavor is full of bread and rye notes with a growing grassiness through the finish.

12oz bottle c/o Elise. Deep, thick brown-black body. Steady, creamy beige head. Mellow, doughy brown chocolate aroma, a hint of coffee. A pretty solid Stout, rich mouthfeel. A touch of a charred, oily character to it, but overall sweet and creamy. An enjoyable beer,

12oz bottle. Sightly hazy orange-tan body. Foamy, off-white, glass-lacing head. This is really well done, sort of bringing in all the best attributes of East Coast and West Coast IPA. Dry citrus tinged hop tones..almost has that citra/NZ thing but not quite..more amarillo. Clean, straightforward malt body packs a little more of a punch than similar East Coast IPAs balance-wise. Quality, well executed IPA.
