0.33l bottle from a supermarket at gorkogo 50, kiev, 25.75 uah. pours a clear golden with a medium head. aroma of grains, vegetables, yeast, sour grape skins. flavour of corn, bread, butter, honey. sweet, vegetably. well, at least it is not too watery.

BOTTLE 50 CL. Clear deep golden, ivory head. Slightly musty rustic malts and some butter. Grainy, bready sweetness, very light tannic harshness, no hops. Some cardboard in the after taste, but not much really. A regular Ukrainian regional lager.

BOTTLE 50 CL. Clear golden, creamy ivory head. Rustic malts, just a bit if diacetyl. Same flavour, sweetish bready, slightly abrasive/harsh and almost devoid of hops. Quite OK for a provincial lager.

Deep golden, frothy white head. After opening the smell of diacetyl fills the room. You can’t feel anything behind it. Light body. Thin. On flavour bread notes can’t find their proper place staying just in the background. Diacetyl reigns again. Is a tip about hop necessary?

(Kiev 2016) 500 ml. sampled. No BBF. Fox red copper, touch brown, little fizzy head. Nose is cold iron, touch malt syrup, low overripe red fruit. Taste is fizzy low syrup, tad thin lager, toffee, butterscotch, sugar, malt, faint fruit. Pleasant, easy, not bad, decent, pleasant for a supermarket Ukrainian brew surprise. Not sure about the harsh ratings before me maybe I got a good bottle?

Muffig heller Antrunk, malzig bitter. Im Mittelteil übernimmt die Bitterkeit den Geschmack weitestgehend, ansonsten noch hintergründig leicht würzig und sogar hopfig. Mieser Antrunk, danach ok. 4/4/7/7/4/6

Some random kiosk in Kyiv: drank out the bottle. Aroma was meaty smoke like a rauchbier should be. Taste is smoky with a nice lager malt backbone and not too many hops. Basically on par with most american micro atrwmpts at the style. Pleasant surprise for my first beer in Ukraine.
