Appearance: clear ruby red with a small pink head that disappears within seconds. Aroma: overripe apples and cherry marmalade. Taste: moderately sweet, light sour. Simplistic. Apple cider with cherry flavouring is enough said. Palate: light to medium body, lively carbonation. Summary: inoffensive, of no interest, too.

Appearance: Clear deep golden liquid with a small white airy head that vanishes in seconds. Aroma: Overripe apples and pears, pear lemonade, some malic acid. Taste: Pretty much the same. medium to heavy sweet. Palate: light to medium body, lively carbonation. Overall: Too sweet of course, yet rather inoffensive.

Sample thanks to Grumbo: Poured a golden with fizzy carbonation but no head. Aroma is sweet apples. Taste is similar with lots of sweet apples, candy, light carbonation. Kids drink really.

Bottled as Waissburg Blanche at 4.7% ABV. Appearance: cloudy yellow with a large white creamy head of good retention. Aroma: wheat malt, coriander, some crackers, hints of citrus. Taste: sweetish. Malt, bread, coriander, a shade of citrus. Nothing going on in ending. Very low hopping. Palate: medium minus body. Average carbonation. Hollow ending. Overall: not sure, if it is a Witbier, still you have the impression of drinking one. A basic one.

Sample thanks to Grumbo. Generally clear gold. Aroma is super sweet apple cordial concentrate. Taste is rich golden sweet apple juice. Not overly sweet, but tastes quite similar to apple cordial. A little sugary, tart, syrupy.

Taste is sweet, apple, sugary, some green apple, and notess of core and skin. Slightly syrupy, medium bodied, high carbonation, medium-sweet finish with some lingering biscuity hints. OK.

18/6/2020. Bottle from Edeka, Munich. Pours clear bright gold with a good size white head. Aroma of sweet apple juice and sulphur. Medium to heavy sweetness and very light tartness. Moderate body, sticky texture. A little fizzy.

21/4/2020. Sample courtesy of the Højbjerg massive. Pours bright red with minimal head. Aroma of cherry menthol cough sweets with slight appley notes. Quite sweet. Not much body. Didn't do much for me.
