Bottle. Courtesy of Cunningham. An unclear yellow colored beer with a small white head. The aroma is quite chalky at first, then fruity, with yellow apples and pears. Close to no malty aromas. It's thin on the palate, with a bit weird carbonation. Yellow apples and pears dominate the flavor too, with some chalky yeast and a faint spiced touch. Short lived swallow. Not much interesting going on here. 181229

Bottle 500ml @ Gunnfryd
Pours hazy golden with no head. Aroma has notes of malt, yellow apples and yeast. Taste is light to medium sweet and light bitter with a long apple and light yeasty finish. Body is light, texture is thin, carbonation is soft.

Many thanks to Cunningham for at 500ml bottle of this one, batch 8. Hazed grey-yellow coloured body, fading white head, dotted spots on the glass. Saison fruity aromas, grass and grain. Mid-sweet apples to the taste profile together with yeasty fruitiness towards the ending. Medium bodied. Accepted. (Shared with Finn, hotel room in Oslo 03.12.2018).

Flaske spandert av Cunningham. #8. Imponerende innsats fra ham at Tromsøværingene på tur til Tigerstaden fikk denne i hende. STOR TAKK. Rune & Finn delte denne på rom 911, Hotell Munch Oslo. Gusjegrågul. Filmskum. Lett jordbæraroma. Mye kullsyre. Smaken som aromaen. Uvariert.

Nice unclear yellow pour and a pleasant intensity in the aroma. Decent complexity also. Feels like there are some peated malt here. But they claim not. Maybe some yeast. Soft carbonation level. The texture feels a bit thin. Anyway a fine pleasant flavor. They have used apples, and they are really blending fine in here. Also yeast and citric flavor. Unusual and absolutely and fine beer.

Clear golden pour with a fine white head. The head do not vanish to fast either. Moderate intensity in the aroma. Maybe a little bit to high carbonation level. It had a mild fizzy mouth feeling. Still quite easy drinkable. Well what can you expect. Plain malty and mild fruity flavor. Decent from a small brewery like this.
