Golden with a white head. Malt aroma with hints of yeast. Malt body with some hops with small hints of yeast. Malt goes into the finish. This was nice.

Bottle at a tasting. Rather thin bodied, fully roasted, I also get some deep roast. Halfway between a stout and porter. I get plums, light dark fruits, mostly as it warms. Good one.

Bottle 500ml @ Hotel room, Scandic hotel, Grimstad
Pours hazy dark brown with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, roasted, caramel and chocolate. Taste is medium sweet and light bitter with a long roasted, chocolate and caramel finish. Body is medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft.

Bottle. An unclear dark golden-orange colored beer with a finger-thick white head. The aroma is piney and lightly grassy, with some pale malts and a faint herbal touch. It's quite dry on the palate, medium bodied and nicely carbonated, with a soft bitterness. Pine cones, grass and pale malts, and a quite bitter finish. Not bad, especially considering the age. 180517
