Raven black stuff with a fine beige head. The head stays there and gives a fine lacing down the sides of the glass. Fresh nice aroma for an stout. Good intensity even through that thick head. Medium body and a fine mellow carbonation level. God balanced sweetness. Creamy texture. Chocolate, roast and coffee in the flavor. An unusual fine and tasty stout at 4,7%. Highly recommendable.

From bottle at shared tasting at Bryne with RB/HD and Bryne fråhaldslag 18.08.17. Ebony, Pale brown head. Aroma of harsh dark malt, dark chocolate and a touch of semi-fresh sewage. Taste of dark malt, coffee and salt liquorice. Quite dry.

Shared bottle at local tasting. Black colour, beige head. Boring aroma for a porter, but not awful. Light bodied. Dry flavour, moderately roasty, notes of thin cold coffee.

Unclear orange golden color with a fine white head. Nice lacing also. Moderate intensity in the aroma. Possible due to the lasting head. Herbal hoppy and malty dominates. Medium body and a mellow/soft carbonation level. Maybe opened a bit to early. Good balance between sweetness and bitterness. Fresh mouth feeling. Good character. Malty, mild citric and herbal flavor.
Lovely beer under a complete blue sky and a burning sun in this heavenly landscape. Nice to enjoy me 200 Norwegian Brewery here. Lovely location, people and beer.

Small coarseish white head. Slightly hazy reddish brown body. Fruity delicately smoky juniper aroma with spice notes. Dryish, astringent, smoky barnyard straw taste with fruity spicy notes. Soft, smooth, flat mouthfeel. Mid-bodied. Kind of harshly bitter smoky lingonberry aftertaste with
Frustratingly, my rating ends there. I was interviewing the hosts, eating, translating, taking pictures, taking notes from the interview, and rating beer all at the same time, and with the limited time available that’s all I could capture. Unfortunately.
Anyway, a deeply interesting beer. Very unusual. Raw and rustic, but I liked it. (Draft at the brewery.)
