On tap at the brewpub. A hazy dark copper red beer with a small off-white head. There’s a light caramel maltyness in the aroma, a touch of dark dried fruits and some bread and grassy hops. It’s medium bodied, dry and softly carbonated with flavors of bread and caramel supported by a touch of bitterness. Grass and some pine cones. Long bitter finish with caramel and toffee. Not the most exiting beer I’ve had but sure drinkable. Goes down easy. 151030

On tap at the brewpub. Really sexy to look at this one, pitch black and with a dense finger thick tan head leaving curtains. Roasted malts, licorice, some dark chocolate and a good dash of piney, resiny hops. Quite hop bitter flavor, some roasted bitterness too, and lots of dark malt flavors. Licorice, roasted malts, coffee and some chocolate. Full body and soft carbonation, some warmth. Lasting malt dominated finish with a good hoppy bitterness and pine flavor. Lovely indeed. 151009

On tap at the brewery. A hazy golden beer with a small dense white head. Lots of citrus zest and lime in the aroma, some ginger hints. The ginger is more evident in the flavor, giving a slight burn. Lime and lemongrass. Some malts and a nice bitterness. Dry and pleasantly carbonated. Lasting lime, lemongrass finish with some ginger. Easy drinkable and quite tasteful. 151009

Unusual hefe weisse. Fresh and quite tasty although the low alcohol. Very session able in summer time.
Hazy golden color with a fine white head. Fruity, lemongrass, wheat and some banana. Decent body for a beer at 3,7%. Ok carbonation. Balanced sweetness.

Hazed golden color with a fine white head. Herbal, malty and mild citric ale. Mellow sweetness and a moderate to low bitterness. Felt a bit thin. Soft carbonation. A bit to less of everything. Nothing wrong with it, but nothing I will recommend either.
