The recipes of the beer brewed in Beer House are originating from Bavarian breweries of the XVI century. The brewing technology of unique premium class beer is under the close supervision of the brew masters team, headed by our master brewer Eve Toomela, who is qualified by the most famous Austrian brew masters. For the production of the best „living“ beer we are using only the high quality raw materials: malt we bring from Austria, yeast and hops from Germany..

Draught at the brewpub. Very dark brown colour, seems slightly hazy. Small stable creamy light brown head. Sweet and roasted aroma. Creamy mouthfeel. The flavour starts off nicely roasted, but rather quickly some unpleasant rough grain note kicks in. The finish is OK, though, and it ends up a decent beer.

Draught at the brewpub. Cloudy amber colour, looks like Bernstein Weizen. The flavour is slightly sweet. Tastes more like unrefined sugar than honey, but it is quite nice. Sweet and not entirely balanced.
