Bottle 33 cl. Black with a shortlived lightbrown head. The aroma is sweet , not to much, a bit chocolate. A bit more taste, the cocolate and the sweetness is still there with a roasted sence. Light body, a bit oily.

33cl bottle. Dark brown with a beige head. Quite unpleasant porridge, skunky aroma. Contaminated? Flavor bit better, burnt malt with some rye and coffee. Very strange. Must re-rate.

330ml bottle as Stallhagen Julbock, pre-Christmas gift from Finn, cheers. Deep, black body with a brownish shade. Light brown coloured head, fading slowly. Chocolate malts to the nose. Grainy chocolate malts in flavour with bitter anise and developing spicy roastiness. Soft in the mouth. Medium bodied. Definitely more Yule than Easter in this one. Good (Tromsø, 22.12.2010).

Bottled, thanks oh6gdx! Cloudy amber, rich head. Strikingly sour nose. Acidic with lemon and aluminium. Light bodied with far too evident signs of infection. While the mouthfeel is fairly nose it is beyond hope.

Bottled (from Alko). Amber colour with small off-white head. Aroma is bready and caramel malty along with mild wooden and floral notes. Flavour is being quite much the same. Basic, but still quite pleasant Stallhagen beer.

Bottled 330ml (Alko)
Dark nut brown color, small off-white head. Grassy nose has some diacetylic notes, cardboard and roasted malts. Quite light compared to ABV. Sweetish malty, some butterscotch and chocolate, light grassy hoppyness. Flavor is slightly better than you expect after nose.

Bottle. It’s a hazy, orange-golden beer with a small, beige head. It’s very berry-ish sour on the nose, but not bad smelling. Quite effervescent on the palate, medium bodied and dry. The flavor has a berry-like sourness, but with an underlying sweetness. Red currants and some black currants. A very fruity and quite sour beer, slightly vinegar-ish, it’s evident it didn’t turn out as it should, but it’s refreshing and easy drinkable even so. 101009
