Bortimot helt klar, gyllen brun med flott hvitt skum som henger i glassveggen. Lukter malt og humle, grapefrukt. Mye smak. Humlepreget. Smaker sitrus, karamell.

Can. It pours a hazy pale golden colored body under a finger-thick white head. Some lacing. Funky aroma with chicken farm, pale malts, grapefruit and a touch of resin. It’s medium bodied, softly carbonated and semi-dry. Pale malts, funk, chicken-farm and resin in the flavor, with some bitterness. Medium length finish. Not very pleasant this one. 210813

440ml can bought at Vinmonopolet City Nord. Shared with Kjell. Next-to-clear amber body, stable off-white head, spotty lacing. Inviting aromas of leafy hops added by scent of citrus. Quite solid taste of ripe citrus, earth, and mild caramel sweetness. Ends bittersweet. Well bodied. Good drinking, core IPA. (Svenskebyen, Bodø 29.05.2021).

Can at home. Pours a cloudy pale red colour with a pink fast diminishing head. Aroma of raspberries, hay, vinegums and some earth. Flavour of raspberries, vinegums, and some hay and yoghurt. Slightly sour. Has a slick and crispy mouth feel, light body and a light bitterness. Raspberries through and through. Fresh and easy-drinking, but a little careful flavour.

En stil som fordrer ekstremt ferskt øl, og det kunne kanskje vært enda tydeligere. Men helt greit øl.
