330ml bottle bought at Vinmonopolet Aker Brygge. Covering fawn coloured head, clear dark brown body with a deep ruby shade, spotty lacing. Quite promising smell of dried fruits, berry skins, and earthy malts. Blended taste of dark/red berries, prunes, and malts, lightly spiced. Prolonged finish. Soft in the mouth. Pretty decent Yuletide beer. (Hotel room, Oslo 20.01.2022).

330 ml bottle, from the brewers. Brewed for Ølbæks at Skudenes Bryggeri. ABV is 6.4%. Clear and deep copper to chestnut colour, small white (or slightly off-white) head. Aroma of caramel, dark berries and forest floor. Pleasant flavour, notes of caramel (but not too sweet), biscuits, mild spices and fairly distinct earthy hops. Nice beer - might well drink again.

Bottle. A lightly hazy one, golden in color, with a minimalistic white head. Quite grassy, piney aroma with pale malts and some bread in the back. It's medium bodied and soft on the palate, a tad sweet I think. Low bitterness level. Grass, pine cones, sweet malts and some white bread in the flavor. Medium length finish. A decent kellerbier. A bit sweet, still refreshing. 210702

Bottle. An almost clear one, golden in color, with a small white head. The aroma is sort of sugary, candy-ish, with a good dash of fruityness. Some white bready pale malts in the back. Grass, hay and a vague hint of pine cones. It's quite dry on the palate, medium bodied and softly carbonated. Sweet flavor with a touch of pine cones. Bread, some pine cones and resin, with a touch of bitterness. A bit too vegetal and a bit dull this one. 210702
