Gekocht in Assen bij Oosteuropese winkel. De eigenares van de winkel prefereerde deze boven de blonde Kvass Taras (van een Carlsberg Ukraine). Ziet er een beetje uit als cola, bruin, iets minder donker, met wat lichtbruim schuim. Ruikt zeker wel wat naar rogge, mout, karamel, stroop. Retronasaal ook duidelijk rogge, karamel, iets fruit. Smaak is zoet, maar ook weer niet plakkerig zoet, met wat fruit. Lichte boody. Hoegenaamd geen afdronk. Leuke frisdrank, 't is weer eens wat anders. Lekkerder dan Kvas Taras inderdaad.

Bottle 0,5 ltr: Clear dark brown colored brew with an sweet with little bitter taste, bit thin body and hints of butterscotch and light roasted malts. Bought it at Polski Sklep Sloneczko Leiden

500ml can from an Eastern European store in Orange County, drank on 15th April 2026 in Laguna Hills at my daughters house. Red hue to the mahogany body, clean and clear; the tanned head soon became a few bubbles and a weak collar. Aroma and taste is of sweet brown bread with a pinch of salt. I find these sort of beers interesting but I some times wonder if it's worth finding them (just for a tick).
