Квас просто шикарный. Пахнет уже сразу как реально домашний с сильными нотками дрожжей, причем не самых дорогих, хлеб есть но не много. Цвет мутный, при этом коричневый, снова в точку. Вкус отличный, много дрожжевых ноток приятных, какие то кислые нотки от хлеба и как будто изюма. Единственный минус это чрезмерно сильная газация, а так просто топ, всем советую кто квас любит.

1 litre PET bottle. Pours a rather off putting yellow-green with no head. Aroma is blueberries and faintly bready. Taste is light sweet, blueberry, rye. Light sour finish. The fruitiness overpowers the kvass taste, but overall it’s pretty decent.

Appearance: Hazy ochre yellow with a moderate off-white frothy head of low retention. Aroma and taste: Bread, dried fruits, pine needles. Light sweet & sour. Mouth feel: Light to medium body, lively carbonation. Summary: Interesting.

1 litres PET bottle. Pours murky light brown with no head. Aroma is eucalyptus, pine needles, bread. Taste is light sour, eucalyptus, pine needles. Low carbonation. Light bodied. Unusual.

500ml bottle. Pours cloudy orange with no head. Aroma is Christmas spices, some cherry (it basically smells like a mince pie). Taste is the same, light sweet and slightly sour. Light bodied. It’s basically a liquid mince pie. Surreal but great stuff (mince pies are not sold or made in Russia).

As Kvas Muromsky Domashny at 1.2% ABV. Pours hazy ochre yellow with near to no head. Aroma: Bread, pleasant fermented fruits, raisins. Taste: Light sweet and sour. Bready. Rye. Raisins. Fruity notes. Mouth feel: Medium body, average to lively carbonation. Summary: Good kvass.
