Bottle in the lounge at the Zürich Marriott. Clear golden color with a thin and fizzy white head that burns away quickly. Short strings of lacing on the glass. Aroma of grassy hops and malt. Light body with a mildly bitter hops character and a bit of malt in the background. The finish is short and slightly hoppy. It is what it is, although it is not bad for an alcohol free beer.

33cl bottle at Zürich Airport. Clear golden colour, white head. Aroma of pale malts, grain, light hop. Flavour is light sweet, light grain, light hoppy bitter finish. Light bodied.

Mild würziger Antrunk mit passender Herbe. Während die Würzigkeit bald zurückgeht bleibt die Herbe konstant und holt sich zur Verstärkung noch bittere Noten hinzu, die die Herbe langsam ablösen. Dabei blechern, wenig einfallsreich.

Süßlicher Antrunk mit deutlichen Malznoten, die zur Würzigkeit entscheidend beitragen. Dabei kommt eine dezente Banennennoten im Hintergrund heraus, die zu dem Bier passt. Sie verschwindet wieder mit dem Einsetzen der zum Ende stärkeren Herbe, die das Malz aber nie überflügeln kann. Sie ist aber stark genug um die Süße zurückzuhalten, so dass sich ein Süffiges aber doch erfrischendes Bild ergibt. Mir will nur nicht in den Kopf gehen, wie man sowas als Winterbier bezeichnen kann – bei aktuell 33° ist es allerdings ziemlich lecker. 8/11/11/11/6/11

58 cL bottle at Brasserie Federal, Zürich. Pours dark brown with a small tan head. Aroma is roasted malty, slight breadish and subdued fruity. Flat malty and slight breadish. Vague roasted note. vague fruity note. Lingering roasted finish with a subdued bitterness.

Bottled. A pale golden beer with a white head. The aroma is dominated by lemon. The flavor is sweet and dominated by lemons, leading to a dry finish. The body is light. Thanks KimJohansen for sharing.
