75 cl bottle, 7.4%, 3.99€. Cork cap, bottle almost exploded while opening, wet the floor. Massive white head burst, colour is dark yellow which becomes hazed on the bottom of the bottle.
Nose of apple and cider.
Aroma is cider, prosecco, champagne, white grapes, apple, some yeast. Malt side is mostly wheat. Alcohol is noticeable. Taste: initially sweet then balanced by a peppery prosecco-like bitterness.
On palate this is EXTRA DRY, as a Brut Prosecco wine.Body is medium, carbonation is extreme
A bit weird for my tastes, quite peculiar and surprising pressure!
