On tap at Farmhouse Fest 2025, pours a cloudy yellow with a small white head. Aroma smells like pico de gallo, with lots of lime, salt and tomatillo, along with a touch of rustic notes further back. Flavour is spicy, salty, and citric, with plenty of lime, salt, and tomatillo, with dry rustic saison yeast. Dry, tomatoey, and citric. Decent.

473ml can. Pours a clear gold with a medium, puffy, long lasting, white head that leaves thick, sticky curtains of soapy lace. Mild aroma of grainy pale malt, lime and floral hops. Sweet flavour of crackery wheat malt, lime zest, salt and floral hops in a crisp, dry, mild bitter finish. Light body with a watery texture and average carbonation. Clean, refreshing and crushable. Excellent for what it is.

Medium brown, thin head. A light vanilla note, mellow stout aspects, some barrel but not a lot…pretty short finishing time, but the lightness of the base puts the whole balance into question.

A kettle sour double dry hopped with HBC 1090. Slight haze, no head. Ok kettle, some weedy, floral hop aromatics. Had on draught in Chinatown.

I popped into the Chinatown location for this. Amber colour, medium head. Fruity, berryish, a bit of diacetyl though, touch of caramel malt. Not ideal structure…the elements are there but I think the butter fucks it up. It’s level 1 diacetyl, so only applies if you’re sensitive.

Has a decent orangey hop, maybe a shade tart. The taste is a bit muddled, save for that orangey note…but the malts really don’t do a good job of providing structure. Some good elements but did they come together…not so much.

750ml @ Ryan's (thx!).
Aroma: quite bad, with bad farts, some Brett.
Taste: acidic, buttery, yogurty.
Overall: complete meh, far away from their first BA Saison with grapes.

Poured from 750mL bottle. Clear blonde gold with small white head. Aroma is quite farty on opening with hint of yogurt. Mild saison yeast with feint oak and brett, hint of white grape acidity. Prefer their original (pinot gris) barrel aged saison (especially the price). Just okay.

750mL bottle, pours a hazy bright rosé red with a small white head. Aroma brings out a nice red berry note upfront, gentle bretty funk, and rosé wine. Flavour is much the same, with some bretty notes, red berries, and rosé wine. There are some huskier malts underneath, but the berries cover over some of these clumsier elements found more in the non-rosé version. Good.
