Description
Sofia Electric Brewing was started as an idea behind a terminal in 2018 by Simeon Parvanov. After long and somewhat painful process the brewery finally started fermenting beers in the heart of Sofia in June 2020.

Joined by head brewer Remy Chaloner, the team tries to create beers that bring satisfaction and create opportunities for our community.

Draught @ Henry's Pub, Helsinki. Stuffy, earthy and slightly fruity with some faint hints of hops. Doesn't feel very fresh unfortunately

Can@Zinc, Vaasa. Yellowish golden colour with a small white head. Aroma is floral, fruity, some white wine like notes. Flavour is fruity, floral, mild herbal and citrus tones. Somewhat dry palate.

33cl can at Zinc, Vaasa. Poured orange in color. Ripe fruity hops, floral and bit stuffy. Fairly sweet, bit boring.

Can 330ml (Zinc). Hazy yellow color and small white head. A bit bready, citrus, fruity aroma. Light-bodied to medium-bodied. Fruits, light citrus, semi sweet. Weak tipa.

Can 330ml (Zinc). Opaque colour, no head. Sweet cocoa and marshmallows in the nose. Medium-bodied. Mellow, sweet, cocoa, marshmallows. A bit empty finish.

Can@Zinc, Vaasa. Black colour, small brown head. Aroma is liquorice, toffee, mild alcohol with some toasted nutty tones too. Flavour is nutty, toffeeish, some coffee and quite ashy elements. A bit metallic elements too.

Tap at Zinc. Hazy pale yellow color and small white head. Fruits, coriander in the nose. Light-bodied. Pale malts, citrus and coriander in the flavour. Thinnish.

Keg @ Zinc, Vaasa. Poured hazy light orange in color. Oranges in aroma, zesty, grassy and dry. Wheaty, coriander notes.
