Description

Simon had a dream after leaving the pub to brew his own beer, so Wickham House Brewery was born 3 years ago with a 100-litre plant (Nano Brewery). Simon now supplies pubs, bars and shops with quality locally produced beers, Wickham House also has a limited licence for guests.

Cask at the Rutland Arms, outskirts of Grimsby. Pours clear dark brown with a thin beige head. Aromas of dark fruit and nuts. Taste adds chocolate. Clean finish. Lovely mild.

Think they have dropped the Blonde and it's now called Jester and is 4.5
% ABV. Anyway I had a hand-pulled half-pint Tuesday evening, 21st January 2025 in the Needle & Pin, Loughborough. It's blonde and has a white crown. Jester hops do their thing, so citrus aroma and taste mostly.

Cask at the Lincoln beer festival 2024. Off black colour with a thin tan head. Aroma and taste are malty dry and slight sweet to bittersweet. Light body.

Cask at the Imp and Angel, Lincoln. Black colour with a tan head. Malty and light smokey aroma and taste, some sweet chocolate. Medium smooth body
