I znow pozytywne zaskoczenie. Nie w strone ulepka, nieco chlebowe, miodu niemalo ale nie zaglusza wszystkiego, imbiru niestety symbolicznie. Calosc da sie wypic chociaz nie to, ze jakos smaczne.

naprawdę bardzo dobre piwo miodowe , nie wyczułem żadnego imbiru . zresztą czy by był dodany miód wielokwiatowy czy gryczany nie ma możliwości żeby to rozróżnić. ale manufaktura robi bardzo dobre piwa , POLECAM :]

Dark reddish colour. Intense aroma of honey. Actually it's the first honey beer (which is my least favorite style) that I liked.

Pure, crystal clear gold. Bready aroma, with caramel, melanoidins, malt. Hints of fruits, maybe some orange peel. On the bad side, there are some paper and cooked veggies. Also a tiny bit of sewer. A not bad balance between maltiness and bitterness. Maybe too long bitterness, shampoo-like, in the aftertaste. Astringent in the mouth. Rather high carbonation. Not pleasant mouthfeel.

Sweetish, malty aroma and flavor. Alcohol clearly present, in fact overpowers the hoppiness. Some raisinny fruitiness. Typical onedimensional strong lager.

Bottle from Eldesmadre, thanks! Golden color. Hay aroma. Full bodied. Malt, cardboard and hay in the flavor. Sweetish, vanilla. Almost herbal. Sadly doesn’t travel well.

Bottle. Amber color, hazy. Toffee and plums in the bready aroma. Full bodied. Bread, plum and butter in the soft nutty bitter flavor. Hazelnuts. Interesting, rural beer.

500ml bottle. Opaque, darkest brown colour with small, thick, creamy, moderately lasting and lacing, beige head. Roasty, chocolately, dark malty aroma, fruity notes of plum and dreid fruit, spicy hints of liquorice. Taste is sweet-ish, dark malty, fruity, slightly chocolately, minimally roasty and spicy, notes of plum, hints of honey, some herbal licqeur, some liquorice; viscous texture, smooth, soft and sticky palate.
