Bottle shared with Beerhunter111, Koelschtrinker & Zlotta. Nice fresh winey apples in the beginning. The cider is smooth with woody hints, nice balanced with aroma of wood and cognac (?). The wood-matured cider is very smooth and mild, refreshing with a nice deep woody aftertaste. Nice.

Bottle shared with Zlotta and Koelschtrinker. Klare dunkel goldene Farbe. Geruch nach reifen Äpfeln, nicht zu süß, sulfate. Geschmack ist trocken fruchtig, reife Äpfel, sehr trocken, keine Karbonisation.

Sampled from 0.75 l bottle. Clear, golden orange with a fluffy, white layer. Slightly sweetish, a bit sourish, quite fruity and slightly woody aroma of ripe apples and hints of walnut. Minimally sweetish, slightly sourish and quite dry taste of ripe apples and some walnut, followed by a short, rather dry, a bit tart finish. Thin body, moderately effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Nice!

Vollmundig apfeliger Geruch. Im Antrunk intensiv nach Äpfeln ohne wirklich süß zu sein, ab dem Mittelteil sogar ausgesprochen trocken. Weich, süffig, vollmundig. Langer Nachhall, natürlich, etwas holzig. 9/11/12/11/12/11
