Bottle on the EP07 from Toruń to Warsaw, 13/07/19. Black with a moderate tan covering that soon clears to nyadda. Nose is roast malts, light charr, dark fruit rinds, cocoa rub, molasses. Taste comprises roast malts, toffee, light spice, chocolate biscuit. Medium plus bodied, fine carbonation, drying close. A pretty basic offering.

Light red colour, sparkling, frothy head. Aroma is raspberry, yoghurt. Medium sour, not extreme. Refreshing. Good.

Bottle shared with JMD and SM on board Fridtjofen 03.12.18. Almost ebony. Beige head is diminishing to almost nothing. Fine aroma of roasted barley, freshly roasted coffee beans and vanilla. Similar taste. Perhaps a bit waterish.

0,5 flaske fra Ninkasira, delt med skipsrederen og seremonimesteren 02.12.18 (juleverksted på Fridtjofen): brunsvart med kort skum. Liflige toner av lys cappuccino, melkesjokolade og kanel. Fin start, svak (tynn og noe støvete) avslutning.

Shared 500 ml bottle. ABV 5%. Black colour, small beige head. Strong aroma of vanilla, chocolate, coffee, dust and basement. The flavour is not as sweet as expected, notes of vanilla and chocolate, also cold mild coffee, but with less pleasant sourish and \"dusty\" notes in the finish.
