Description
Craft Beer Kitchen is a Nanobrewery that produces small batch one off beers to trade. Craft Beer kitchen also operates as a brew it yourself home brewery run by Stewart Brewing. Members of the public can come along and brew their own beer to take home in your very own personalised bottles!
The Craft Beer Kitchen team will guide you through the brewing process from start to finish. From choosing a brew date to bottling and collecting your brand new creation. We will ensure that your Brewday is both fun filled and smooth sailing. Then it is over to you to stick your beer in the fridge and perhaps most importantly, toast your success!
Whether a complete beer novice or a self-proclaimed beer geek, we can promise that the Craft Beer Kitchen will be a unique and unforgettable experience. Having booked your brewday either online or by phone, you will be faced with the rather tricky challenge of choosing what beer you would like to brew. From a fruity, hoppy pale ale to a Belgian Tripel, we have over sixty delicious beery delights for you to decide between. Then comes the part where you get your hands dirty. Under the Brewmaster’s watchful and experienced eye, you will begin your step by step brewing process. The only thing that Craft Beer Kitchen team will do is ensure that your beer ferments and carbonates as required so that it is ready for when you return in 2 – 3 weeks for your hands-on/rather unglamorous bottling shift. The rest is down to you!

Despite the Vault City-like name, this is actually just a straightforward sessionable stout with no adjuncts. Pours clear dark brown with a thin beige head. Light coffee and chocolate aromas. Similar taste. Dry finish.
