Piękna, bujna czapa piany, zmętnione. . W aromacie intensywna wędzonka oscypkowa, troche szynkowa, w tle trochę zbożowości, ziół. Właśnie tak wyobrażam sobie Grodziskie. W smaku na pierwszym planie oczywiście wędzonka, tutaj bardziej kiełbasiana, szynkowa, trochę mniej ogniska. Lekka kwasowość. W tle zioła. Średnia do wysokiej goryczka. Wysycenie buzujące, takie jak trzeba. Wyjątkowo treściwe jak na ekstrakt. Jak dla mnie, najlepsze komercyjne grodziskie jakie piłem w życiu, jest świetne.

Hazy red, small, foamy, off-white head. Aroma of cassis, medicin, aspirin, biological cough syrup, elderberry, blueberry skin, old berries overall. Taste has sour cassis & blueberry, quite herbal middle with medicinal & lactic notes, oddly bitter. Herbal hoppy finish, lingering cassis skins & old berries. Medium body, slick texture, average carbonation. Not enjoyable, too herbal & medicinal, components are just not matching well.

Clear golden, no head. Aroma of ripe passion fruit, lime, mandarin peel, guava, cucumber. Taste has sour cucumber, guava, passion fruit, sweetish tropical fruit, lactic edge with sour cream. Tart cucumber & passion fruit finish. Medium body, oily texture, average carbonation. Straightforward, decent.
