Pours a hazy, light peach-orange, with smallish head. Aroma is quite pungent, with citrus and tropical fruits. Flavor follows. Moderate level of hoppy bitterness at the finish. Mouthfeel seems just a bit thin for the style.

Foam draught, 8/13/22. Quite hazy. Blonde-golden. Small, white head. Unripe kumquat rind. B.clausii is a weird yeast. Mousey, funky, light citrus. Rustic grain. Drying. Dry. Somewhat muted lemon. Other random tart notes with more unripe kumquat. Weird one. Lingering astringency/leather/pepper. Soft, malty texture. Very attenuated.

375 ml bottle shared by ClarkVV. Clear looking amber appearance. Aroma shows red wine/ raisin/ raspberries. The oak and raspberry is bold throughout. Tart but not overly sour. Oaky and berry dominant.

Bottle (9/11/21) pour shared by ClarkVV--thanks, Clark! It's a lightly hazy light rose with nice sparkle, ring of white head and no lacing. Aroma is sweet/tart cherry/raspberry. Taste is strong tart raspberry over cherry. Mouthfeel is light side of light-to-medium bodied with thin, frothy texture, soft carbonation and finish as taste. Overall, good strength but tart is closer to the sour side I'm not a huge fan of.

375mL bottled 9/11/21, drunk 7/30/22. Clear rose wine with a small, pinkish head. Raspberry is front and center, with light mineral very sparse malt. Hmmm, this is unbelievably light. Hints of berry and light sugar with a very light, well-attenuated body and minimal amarone character. Geeze, two years old and this is still intensely raspberry-dominated. It's delicate, dainty, well-done, balanced, but just not quite that complex. Amarone adds chalk and mineral and a touch of chewy raisin, but it's mostly raspberry.
