Very clean, minerally palate, super dry and super bitter. Doesn’t have the grassiness that I usually like but nonetheless and interesting beer with slightly sweet underlying fruitiness as it warms. Like but don’t love.

Sampled from the tap at First Draft Minneapolis. Pours a near clear orange gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a lot of citrus with some light rind, a bit of sweet onion and a straw backbone. Flavor has citrus rind and citrus with some onion and a bit of sweet grain underlying.

Hazy amber brown color with frothy white head. Nice beefy nose. But a bit of bandaid character. The mouth is very dry, Modest bitternes, but slightly astringent with some lingering marmalade in the finish. Meh. Not that memorable
