На запах действительно интересно, есть прямо корейская капуста, она самая, это удивительно, много интересных ноток от овощей и мариновости. Цвет желтый как всегда у таких гозешек. Несмотря на то что я нормально отношусь к блюду, тоесть этой капусты, но пить я это не смог, скорее всего из за перечности, которая била мне сразу но особенно в конце после глотка, я просто не мог пить. Не знаю как оценивать даже, это очень интересно, но вообще мимо меня.

Can from Mr. Hop. Literally an alcoholic smoothie, down to the fruit puree and fleshy thickness. Lots of tart blackberry with mint, more red and dark berries. Tartish flavour with a definite sweetness. Thick puree mouthfeel you can chew on. You know, I could get all beer-xistential about this. But the main question is, did I like it? I sure did. This one time.

Can at a tasting at a Yana tasting at Max's place. Cloudy pale yellow. Overripe rotten fruits, apples, spices, sour-sweetish, a bit bitterish, a bit of sulphur.
