Bottle, from trade with papsoe. It pours a dark amber to brown body, looking clear, with a finger-thick diminishing, creamy beige head. Mellow nose with chocolate, coffee, roasted notes and dried fruits. Is there some forest-like notes too? It’s quite full-bodied and silky in the mouth, roasted, with chocolate and coffee and a berryish touch. Not much bitterness, but some coffee-like bitterness. Finishes more or less in the same way. A pleasant and easy to drink porter. (081018)
