Can at home. Deep copperish brown pour with an off-white head. Nose is caramel, light glue, some chocolate, some roast, vague all in all. Taste is bready, biscuity malts, light chocolate, booze, metallic a bit, glue-y again. Light bodied with soft carbonation, dry, warming, boozy.

Black with massive foaming head. Aroma is packed with dark malts. Quite a strong roast. Intense taste. Heavy roast. Lots of coffee. Loads of green, leafy hops too.

Cream-coloured head, medium, fast receding over almost black beer with some red highlights. Brown candi sugar, candisyrup, sweet. Bit of ink, faint roastnotes. Brown bread, dry, walnuts, nutbread. Bit of black chocolate, plywood, maybe some caramel. Bitterish finish, with hidden bananaester. Well-bodied, alleviated by the carbonation. Very slick, bit oily feel. OK, not special. And if this is top-fermented (as I suspect) this ought not to be called Baltic porter. Txs to Stef!

33 cl. bottle @ home, bought @ Burg Bieren, Ermelo. Dutch brewery #503.
Clear amber with a big white head. Floral aroma with spicy ginger and light roasted coffee. Light sweet taste with a dry finish. The coffee-ginger-saison combo works very well. Enjoyable atypical beer.

0.33 l bottle from 'Het Biermeisje', best before October 2023. Slightly hazy, orangeish amber with a large, foamy, stable, off-white head. Sweetish, floral-grassy, rather herbal-spicy aroma of quite some ginger, fruity coffee, mirabelle, hay and some clove. Slightly sweet, dry, quite fruity-floral, gently herbal-spicy, a bit grassy taste of peach, ginger, coffee, hay, nettles and clove, followed by a medium long, gently bitter, fairly dry, moderately peppery finish. Almost medium-bodied, fairly effervescent mouthfeel, lively carbonation. I expected the worst, but the combination of Saison, coffee and ginger actually works. It's unfortunately too effervescent, even for a Saison, but depite that I actually like it.

Bottle at home, dark orange, small head. Aroma is weird, coffee filter, ginger. Taste is yeast, bitter, ginger, aftertaste of bitter, coffee and a hint of soap. No... Not for me
