Hazy pinky colour, small pinky head. Berryish blackberry aroma. Medium-bodied. Licorice, blackberry, citrus in the flavour. Much what its name says.

33cl can. PBF XIV. Poured deep red in color. Blackberry, sourness and some licorice. Tart and quite dry overall.

--Bottled at PBF XIV. -- Hazy purple, pink head. Citric blackberry aroma. Puckering sour with light body and clean mouthfeel. Citric acid with some berries and hints of licorice. Metallic finish.Tastes like something a kid made up while unsupervised in the kitchen.

Can@pbf xiv. Hazy amber colour with a small white head. Aroma is blackberries, some liquorice and mild tart wooden tones. Flavour is blackberries, liquorice, tart wood and mild acidity too.

Bottle at home, from Cat In A Glass online, 26/08/24. Black pour topped with a big old tan head. Nose is ripe bourbon, spice, dark malts, chocolate, molasses, herb. Taste comprises bourbon soaked oak, cacao nibs, charr, roast malts, molasses, burnt toffee, vanilla essence, light green peppery spice, chocolate dipped raisins. Full bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a balanced spike of alcohol. Solid BA affair if running a touch sweet however the chilli spice balance helps reign this back in.

Panda courtesy of Theydon_Bois, cheers Colin! Dark brown colour, beige bubbly head and aroma of malt, molasses, caramel, dried fruits, port, oak, nutty. Taste is sweet, malty, with caramel, molasses, raisins, chocolate, port, oak, vanilla, booze, and roasty bitterness. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, drying boozy roasted bitter finish. Nicely drinkable.

Draught@Sori Taproom, Helsinki (backlog, misplaced rating under Finland). Hazy yellow colour with a tiny white head. Aroma is sweet ginger with some slight pineapple and a bit salty tones, almost giving a bit mineralic elements. Flavour is citrus, some ginger, pineapple and some salty tones with a bit tartness lurking as well. Quite watery as for the palate.

Draught@Sori Taproom, Helsinki (backlog, misplaced under Finland). Hazy goldeny orange colour with a mediumsized foamy white head. Aroma is citrus, some funk, spicy yeast and mild honey to it. Flavour is tropical fruits, citrus, mild spicy yeast and some slight malty breadiness.
