Canned(500ml). -Had this one in Istanbul four years ago as Efes Pilsen Draft. Nothing much to say for this one, just ordinary Turkish lager.

can 33cl, found in corte ingles, mallora, spain. appears clear, light yellow, with a white head. faint aroma, what little i get is cereral, flavor is reasonable for a macro pale ale, sweetish and some hops. alc. slightly present, but don’t ruin anything. overall it’s a macro yea, but it is in the best half of its kind, it has some taste, and the drinkabillity is high.

1 litre green bottle, ABV (or was that ABW?) was 4.1%. Shared with my beerpal Olav who bought it in Turkey, thx! Pale golden colour, moderate white head. First a pleasant Heineken-like \"\"skunky\"\" whiff when opening the the bottle, then a very unpleasant and bland aroma with notes of boiled vegetables and wet cardboard. Bland flavour with notes of rubber, glue and wet cardboard. Really, really dreadful.

500 ml brown bottle, Fiçi Bira, special design. ABV is 5%. Shared with my beerpal Olav who bought it in Turkey, thx! Golden colour, moderate white head. Initially a whiff of standard pilsener aroma with some hops, then a very moderate sweetish aroma with notes of malts and maize. Standard pilsener flavour, no offensive sidenotes, moderate hops.

Bottled@SBWF2008. Deep brown/amber colour with small beige head. Aroma is malts, mild roast, nuts and some caramel. Flavour is quite much the same along with some mild notes of burnt sugar. Closer to a Schwarzbier imho.

Bottled (BB 04/2008)
Hazy orange color, small white head. Papery wheaty aroma. Some banana, papery flavors. Medium-bodied. A bit too simple, but certainly interesting Turkish wheat beer. To be rerated from freshier sample.
