Bottled. An unclear dark orange beer with a thin off-white head. The aroma is sweet wheaty with strong notes of fruit between them light notes of banana. The flavor is sweet with notes of straw, wheat, and banana - the fruit note is somewhat artificial, leading to a dry wheaty and artificially sweet finish.

Bottled (thanks omhper!). Hazy golden colour, small white head. Aroma is wheat, some spices and fruits. Flavour is wheat, fruits and some yeast. Mildly acidic too.

Süßlicher Malzantrunk, mittel-intensiv, angenehm. Im Mittelteil etwas milder werdend, leicht herb mit bitterer Andeutung, die im wieder malzigeren Abgang wahr wird. Karamellig süßer Geruch, nach Kaffee. Süßer Kaffee Antrunk, etwas herb, total eigen. Karamellig (!!!), im Mittelteil etwas bitter, leicht röstig. Nach kurzem süßen Schub pendelt sich diese ein, das Bier ist hier leicht wässrig. Insgesamt sehr aromatisch und karamellig, im Abgang dann eher "normal" malzig, immerhin etwas an süßen Kaffee erinnernd. Sehr eigenes und für die Türkei interessantes Bier an das man sich erstmal gewöhnen muss. Test vom 11.8.2008, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 8,8,8,10,9,9 - 8,75

Erfrischend herber Antrunk welcher konstant bleibt, im Mittelteil aber etwas milder wirkt. Erfrischend, zum Ende vollmundiger und süßlich und mittelhopfig. Trotz der auftretenden Trockenheit ist das Bier auch hier noch OK. Keine Aromenbombe aber angenehm herb-erfrischend. Test vom 11.8.2008, Gebinde: Fass Noten: 12,9,10,9,-,9 - 9,47

Süßlich hopfiger Antrunk, leicht getreidig, etwas muffig werdend. Im Mittelteil weniger "stark", die Hopfigkeit ist hier an einen Maiston gekoppelt. Etwas chemischer und sehr trockener Antrunk. Minimal süß und zitronig, hintergründig nach Agave, weiter trocken. Im Abgang zitroniger, dies hält sich jedoch im Hintergrund und so ist eine leichte, später etwas kräftigere Herbe zu erkennen. Milder Mix mit mildem aber erkennbarem Bier.
