Bottled at North Shield, Istanbul. Pale golden, average head. Fruity with some corn. Sweet and mellow, very light bodied. No bitterness - instead I find blood and metal.

Bottled at North Shield, Istanbul. Muddy dark yellow, minimal head. Phenolic nose. Sweet with clean mouthfeel. Fairly light bodied with notes of cranberries. No bitterness. A quite decent, though perhaps a bit mushy, commecrial attempt at a hefeweizen.

(Bottle 33 cl) Courtesy of Grovlam. Pours very unclear - almost muddy - with a handsome, lacing off-white head. Sweetish aroma of citrus and yeast. Medium body with a very smooth mouthfeel, a little low in carbonation with lightly sweet, grainy accents. Some yeast and citrus. Subdued bitterness. 311007

33 cL bottle. Pours hazy yellow to orange with a lacing white head. Malty and slight sweet and esteric aroma with an underlying note of wheat. Citric to acid flavour with a mild wheat note beneath, no banana flavour. Ends with a soft citric note. Good.

50 cL bottle, thanks to Grovlam. Pours clear yellow with a huge chalk white head. Slight grainy and malty almost dry aroma with a minor fruity whiff. Flavour is medium dry to sweet. There is a soft grassy note to it, but by no means unpleasant. A mild fruit note is present as well. The slight malty flavour leads into a mild bitterness in the finish. Finish is at first medium sweet/dry before going fully dry. Decent to nice pilsener brew.

Much better than I expected - bright golden color, smallish head. White bread aroma and flavor. Otherwise pretty clean and crisp, if thin. You could do much worse.

330ml bottle. Pours a very hazy, light orange body under a dense, white head. Rounded aroma of vanilla and banana. Weizen taste of tangy cloves and sweet, late fruit. Slight tartness emerging over time. Dry ending. A bit thin palate, but nevertheless fully comparable with the German ones(Thanks to Eva for bringing a bottle all the way from Izmir, 06.10.2007).

33 cL clear bottle huge thanks to Grovlam for providing me with another country. Pours deep brown with a lacing off-white head. Dark toffee, coffee and caramel aroma. Medium body and soft mouthfeel. Flavour is dark caramel, some bread like notes. Goes acidic to bitter into a dry and slight malt roasted finish.

01/10 0.33 l can. Poured yellow crystal clear body with medium smaller head. Some industrial nose, not really nice, some malts present. Flavor is quite watery, bit bitter but also sweetish, not badly balanced. Palate quite short. Low average beer.

01/10 0.33 l bottle. Pours golden body with small head disappearing completely very soon. Stinky aroma of bad NA’s. Very bad flavor following the aroma metallicity, sweetness. Possible somewhat hops are felt, but I wouldn’t bet. Really bad NA, but it helped me to understand where Sarajevsko 0 did got inspiration from. Not so bad as that skunk though, but not far either...
