Backlog May 2009. Foggy golden body under a big, creamy white head. Aroma of grain, wheat, some coriander and slightly fruity, but not much of anything. Taste is a bit harsh and sweet with malt, coriander and low bitterness. Thin body with same aftertaste. Not very impressive.

I have found this bottle at Heinrich 3000, Kornwestheim. Best before 05/25, drinking it yesterday, at night after a time at the swimming pool. Acceptable, not really a pale ale, light and watery, lighy note of malt, a bit sweet, basical bitterness.

Bottled at Bearbeer tasting. Clear pale golden, small head. Papery nose. Sweetish with light body and clean mouthfeel. Dough, paper and grass. Mid bitter finish. Haus der 131 Biere has always been a farce, with false marketing as a trademark.
