Entre dorada y ambar de bonita espuma cremosa de buena retención. Aroma lupulado, notas herbales. Se intensifica en boca con amargor pronunciado y sabor muy lupulado, resinoso, pino. Cuerpo medio. Amargor muy intenso al final. Potente. Algo dura.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a cloudy, opaque brown with an orange hue and a small, lacing, beige head. Nutty, toffeeish aroma. Rich, sweet body with overripe fruit and molasses, but spoiled by heavy phenols. No real bitterness, but quite some alcohol. Drinkable though. 190925

Keg at Caneca Furada, A Coruña. Clear golden, small head. Mild citrus aroma. Mid sweet with medium body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Clean, fruity malt. Hay and grapefruit. Long bitter finish.

Pours dark brown with a tan head. Good lacing. Aroma: roasted malts, some coffee beans and caramel malts. Taste: very roasty and caramelly. Nice dry palate.

Clear amber beer, big aery irregular beige head, unstable, a bit adhesive. Aroma: very smoky, a bit malty, yeasty touch, some banana. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: fruity start, malty, some caramel, some banana, soft smokiness, a little bitter. Aftertaste: sweet, yeasty, bitter, some banana, nice, a bit hoppy, sweet malts, nice, smoky finish, a little sourish.

33 cl bottle served in a Riedel Horeca wine glass. A tan-to-gray short-lived head sitting on top of a cloudy, reddish-brown beer. Aroma is caramel, chocolate, smoke, red berries. Dry, medium-bodied, slick and crisp. Medium to long-lasting, bitterless, ashy and caramely finish. Quite fine.

33 cl bottle. A clean amber to golden pour, with a green cast. No head at all. Aroma is real honey (not artificial odors) and bitter herbs (rocket, dandelion.) Sweetish, low carbonation onset. Crisp and bitterish, leading to a long-lingering finish with tinges of orange, peach and, again, honey. Good one.

Caña en el I León beerfest 15..07..2018. (r02). Color amarillento velado con espuma blanca persistente. Sabores maltosos y cereales ligeramente tostados con suave toque meloso.
