[4/25/15] Draught at NK bar in Stockholm. Clear golden with a white head. Aroma of malt, kinda stale hops, and some candy. Sweetish flavor with kinda candy-ish malt, some bitter hops and some alcohol. Medium-bodied. Too much alcohol and sweetness, not enough hops.

[4/25/15] Draught at NK bar in Stockholm. Clear golden with a white head. Aroma of grassy and slightly citric hops, some lager yeast and a a sulphury hint. Flavor has mildly sweetish bready malt, grassy and citric hops, and mild crisp bitterness. Light to medium-bodied. A good Pilsener.

(Keg at Ølhus København, 20150517) The beer poured golden and clear. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had fruitiness, sweetness and grass. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were fruitiness, grass, sweetness, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was grassy and bitter. A nice pils. I couldn’t taste any diacetyl even though the bartender told me there should be some. Either I was too pissed or the amount of diacetyl did not exceed the limit after which I notice its existence.

Flaska från SB. Rejäl kropp med med karamell, småkakor och kolasmak. Kraftigt humllad med en lite annorlunda doft- och smakprofil. En hel del fläder, mango, tallskott och rejäl beska. Bra balans och trevliga smaker. Gott

Fat på Bishop Gustav Malmö. Smak och doft av humle, citrus, körsbär och toner av röda vinbär. Lätt kropp och sötma, viss syrlighet, fin beska. Fina toner men inte så tydliga.

Sample at En Öl- & Whiskymässa, Gothenburg, April, 2015. Semi-hazy golden, big white foam dissipating quickly leaving some lacings. Aroma is semi sweet, slight diacetyl, butter, pilsner malt, bread, hay, floral/grassy hops. Taste is medium bitter with a good, bready, medium sweet malty ground, a perfect match with some floral and grassy notes from the hops. Body is medium, medium carbo, quite round yet crisp texture. Excellent.

Sample at En Öl- & Whiskymässa, Gothenburg, April, 2015. Dark brown, tan two finger head, quickly dissipating. Aroma is roasted, coffee, slight sweet note, minor leather. Taste is medium sweet with roasted notes, coffee and slight chocolate. Not much bitterness, rather dry finish. Light body, low to medium carbo. Solid.

Draft @ Bishops Arms Gustav, Malmö. Pours a hazy pale reddish golden color with a small off-white head. Has a malty weak cherry aroma. Fruity malty hoppy bitter weak cherry flavor. Has a fruity malty hoppy bitter cherry finish.

fat Bishops Malmö. Fräsch mild doft och en ljus jävel i färgen. Smaken då? Krämig känsla i munnen fyllig fruktig å tydlig fin lååång beska. Rätt saftig i mellanregistret å ganska syrlig i slutet..Satans en överraskande god öl ju??. Lite väl syrlig kanske. Fräsch. Vad hette ölen? fan glömt. Smakar fan ta mig lite körsbär också. Konstigt.
