Sample at Kristiansand Ølfestival. Deep golden-orange colour with an off-white head. Aroma and flavour is malt, hop, pine, grapefruit, citrus, fruit. Easy drinkable nice beer.

Appearance: Very dark brown colour with a brown head.
Aroma: Chocolate, caramel, raisin.
Body: Medium body and carbonation.
Flavour: Hops, caramel, raisin, chocolate, liquorice.

(Draught at Stockholm Beer Festival, 27 Sep 2013) Very dark brown colour with frothy, pale brown head. Malty, hoppy nose with notes of coffee, chocolate, pine needles and grapefruit. Malty, hoppy taste with pine needles, resin, chocolate, coffee and a solid piney/cocoa bitterness in the finish. More than medium body, quite dry. Very tasty and quite well balanced beer on the borderline between a well hopped porter and a black IPA. Lovely beer!

Sample at SBWF 2013. Hazy amber with a medium white head. Aroma of fruit, grape, some perfume and light malt. Similar taste. The bitterness was medium. Quite soft and easy to drink.

Bottle. Clear golden liquid with small white head. Aroma of citrus, light caramel, biscuit, tangerine mango and light grain. Taste is very light sweet and medium bitter with notes of citrus, bread, biscuit, mango and tangerine. Medium bodied with medium carbonation. Quite nice.

Sampled draught at Stockholm Beer & Whisky Festival 2013, on September 28 (Saturday). At the CAP stand.Clear brown color, tan head. Sweet, malty, caramel scent. Sweet, malty, cara amber or other to the roasted side caramel malt taste. Medium mouthfeel, medium high bitterness.

Bottle (Stockholm Beer Festival 2013) - Amber in colour. Peach, toffee and grapefruit in the aroma. Hoppy, tangy and slightly sweet taste with grapefruit, apricot and peach detected.
