TOOTH & CLAW IS A COLLECTIVE OF CAMERONS EMPLOYEES DEDICATED TO PRODUCING A RANGE OF INNOVATIVE BEER STYLES.

Made up of passionate craft beer fans & brewing experts, we have creative freedom to produce a selection of awesome beers. Using our small pilot brewery we aim to brew over 40 different gyles a year, created by the various members of the Tooth & Claw team. We package only a selection of these as limited edition runs so everyone can share our passion.

Keg at York Beer & Cider Festival 2019. Bright orangey gold colour, thin white foam head leaving some lacing and aroma of cardamon spice, mango hint. Taste is sour, mango, with some spice, cardamon and lemon rind. Slick mouthfeel, medium bodied, soft carbonation, soft spiced finish. Nicely drinkable

440ml can from Hop Knocker, Durham. Hazy yellow colour, white foam head that dissipates away and aroma of lemon, zesty, lemonade. Taste is sour, grainy, with citrus rind, lemon, floral, zesty notes and some biscuit hints. Light bodied, spritzy carbonation, sour lemony finish. Quite OK

Can courtesy Grumbo. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are fruits, hops, flowers, little yeast, citrus and malt. Nice fruity finish.

440ml can from Hop Knocker, Durham. Hazy yellow gold colour, white foamy head leaving lacing and aroma of mango tropical fruity hop resins. Taste is malt, grainy, wheat, oats with tropical fruity, citrusy, white wine, hoppy bitterness. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry zesty & bitter finish. Quite drinkable

Keg at Head of Steam, Hull. Bright Golden colour, thin white rim and fruity pale malt aroma. Taste is watery, pale malt, biscuit, grain, with some light grassy bitterness. Light bodied, soft carbonation, dry tangy bitter finish. OK

9/3/2019. Bottle from CentrAle, Newcastle. Pours clear pale gold with a small foamy white head. Aroma of hops, flowers, perfume, peaches and cream. Medium sweetness and bitterness, with light tartness. Moderate body, creamy texture, foamy mouthfeel. Tartness increasing in finish. Not a bad brew, but spoiled by the carbonation.

Cask (gravity) from wooden barrel @ #MBCF19, [ Manchester Beer & Cider Festival 2019 ], Manchester Central Convention Complex, Windmill St, Petersfield, Manchester, Great Manchester, England M2 3GX. [ As Tooth & Claw Vanilla Latte Stout ]. Clear dark brown colour with a average, frothy - fizzy and open, good lacing, mostly lasting, light brown to beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, chocolate, coffee, vanilla. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long duration, sweet malt, chocolate - vanilla, dark malt, light roasted - coffee. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20190124] 7-4-7-3-14

Taste is malt, biscuity, grassy, sweetish with some tangy grapey & zesty citric notes, and astringent spicy bitterness. Medium bodied, soft to medium carbonation, dry tangy bitter finish. Quite OK

Tried at the Head of Steam Nottingham. Black colour with a tan head. Aroma smokey malt. Taste light smoke and roasted bitter. Full smooth body.
