440ml can from CentrAle. Slightly hazed pale yellow-gold colour, white foam head and aroma of lemon, sherberty. Taste is sour, lemony, with wheat grain, and some lemonade-like sweetness. Light bodied, soft carbonation, drying sour lemony finish. Quite drinkable.

[33cl can from Beer52.] A glossy opaque black pour with a chocolate coloured head; aroma of rich chocolate and smoked bacon; chocolate taste, rather sweet and sickly; then some smoke adding dryness to finish. Not my favourite style of stout.

440ml can - Pours a murky orange amber colour with a small frothy off-white head. Aroma is tropical fruits, sweet oranges with a little pine. A sweetish fruity taste, apricot, oranges, tropical fruit and sweet malt flavours with a fruity bittersweet finish.

Can from Asda, High Wycombe. Murky amber-yellow with a barely-there head and a light but annoyingly prickly fizz. Pungent enticing whiff of orange, tropical fruit and pine. The tropical fruit continues in the taste, albeit in a more muted way, but unfortunately there's also dust and chalk. The bitterness is a little too heavy for the flavour. It's a little bit messy and disappointing compared to the promising aroma, but ok I guess. At least it's another of those rare Durham ticks for me!

A golden beer, a head is medium and blond. Aroma has grapefruit, light mandarin and fructose. Taste has grapefruits, also some other fruitness, also green herbs, no bitterness. Medium bodied. Should be more fruitfull and fresh.

Can 440ml (Alko web)
Murky dark yellow colour, medium-sized white head. Straw, overriped fruits, lychee in the nose. Light to medium-bodied. Quite malty for just a 4.6% beer - tropical fruits, grapefruit, straw. Ok, feels stronger than its ABV.
