Keg at the Warsaw beer fest. Pours clear gold with a tight, creamy white head. The nose has some fragrant hops, straw, pale grain, pine needles. Light sweet flavour with moderate grassy bitterness, hay, dry biscuits. Light bodied with average carbonation. Clean finish, a little pithy, dry, with a little flinty minerality. Refreshing.

Keg at the Warsaw craft beer fest. Pours black-brown with a creamy mocha head. The nose has sturdy roast, moderate smokey campfire, chocolate. Medium to big sweet flavour with chewy chocolate notes, some alcohol, more smoked malts, a little ham, raisins. Full bodied, chewy, with fine to average carbonation. Warming finish with ample sticky burnt sugars, more dark cocoa, smoke, mellow bitterness. Fun stuff. Very rich. Great in small doses.

Keg at the Warsaw beer fest 2017. 07/04/2017. A clear reddy amber coloured pour with a lasting sticky off white head. Aroma is semi sweet pine and orange hop, hints of toffee,. Flavour is composed of Base malts, toffee, sticky resinous pine, varnish,,. Classic West coast Ipa. Palate is semi sweet sticky hop, moderate carbonation. Chewy. Good.

Keg at the Warsaw beer fest. Pours clear, deep orange-gold with a dense, frothy off-white head. Nice classic west coast IPA aroma, lots of pine, ripening citrus, melon, orange. Medium sweet flavour with moderate piney bitterness, lightly toasted pale malts, orange rind, some grass, mango. Full bodied, oily, with fine to average carbonation. Resinous and lightly warming on the finish, with more supportive bready malts, orange, bitter pine and grass. A nice, classic west coast kind of IPA.

Keg at the Warsaw beer fest 2017. 07/04/2017. A jet black coloured coloured pour with a lasting mid tan head. Aroma is subdued, earthy, smoke, roast, faint dusty. Flavour is composed of black roast, ashy, roast, earthy, campfire, crisp finish. Palate is semi sweet, medium full, highish carbonation. Good stuff.

Keg at the Warsaw beer fest 2017. 07/04/2017. A jet black oily pour with a lasting sticky tan head. Aroma is dusty earthy damp fire, ash, little tangy apple. Flavour is composed of tangy apple, sweet, earthy ashy roast. Woody Bourbon. Palate is medium full, semi sweet, lowish carbonation.

Keg at the Warsaw craft beer fest. Pours oily black with a creamy, rich beige head. The aroma has some old wood in the nose, a little smoke, roast, burnt meat. Medium sweet flavour with bitter ashy roast, baking cocoa, burnt sugars, more old and musty wood, scorched earth. Full bodied, oily and chewy, with fine carbonation. Warming finish with some gooey chocolate, charcoal, drying wood, touches of earth and raisins. Pretty good stuff.

Flavour is composed of medium sweet earthy smokey roast, burnt, rustic fire. Palate is medium sweet, moderate carbonation, oily. Good.

Keg at the Warsaw beer fest. Pours oily black with a dense, creamy brown head. Big smoke aroma, some cocoa, earth, burnt wood. Medium sweet flavorbwith a lot of campfire, bittersweet baking cocoa, ashy dryness, nips of dried berries. Full bodied, oily and grey, with fine carbonation. Hot finish with more fire smoke, woody dryness, leathery old berries, rounded and hard-edged chocolate. Nice depth.
