From tap at Weźże Krafta, Kraków. Aroma is massive smoke, bbq, smoked bacon, oak, Bourbon, sweetish dark malt, roast, notes of coffee and chocolate. Flavour is above medium sweet. Body is medium to full. Quite the smoke and Bourbon assault on the senses.

Аромат приятный, сразу ощущается бочка и сладкие нотки от Бурбона, от этого легкая карамелька и сладость от пирожного, также есть легкая нотка от кофе и шоколада не сказать что черного и горьковатого, немного нотки от костра, но не копчености еще. Цвет темный, не черный, пенка весьма неплохая, кофейная, держится долго. Вкус тоже неплох, уже больше солода а именно уже нотки костра переходят в копченость. Тело само очень маслянистое, а солод только помогает этому, что не не сказать что по нраву. Послевкусие уже больше кофейное, немного с кислинкой, есть намеки на дерево, сливу и не мало. Снова Бурбон, но сладости меньше чем в аромате. В целом хорошо, но как по мне, без копчености было бы получше.

330ml bottle. Jet black colour with slightly late awakening, small, creamy, half-way lasting, moderately lacing, beige to tan head. Smoky, roasty, minimally ashy, dark malty aroma, notes of ham, smoked eel, hints of coffee, dark chocolate, some tobacco, leather, salami, a touch of wood ashes. Taste is minimally sweet, chocolately dark and caramel malty, smoky, notes of caramel, dark chocolate, coffee, ham, smoked eel, some, vanilla, malt lozenge, tobacco, salami, leather, hints of plum. Viscous texture, smooth and soft, minimally cloying palate, lingering, smoky and sweet-ish, barbecue finish. This is an excellent beer. I hope to get my hands on the other versions.

Shared bottle at RB/HD at Ganddal 15.02,19. Ebony. Fine beige head. Aroma of bourbon and peat. Better taste of peat, tar and bourbon.

Notater fra en hyggelig RBHD-kveld i Ovesens flaske museum feb-19: 0,,33 flaske. Mørkebrun med fint skum som varer. Røykmalt/fatlagring, sterk kaffe, mørke sjokolader og overmodne bjørnebær. Solid avslutning kvelden!

Odense Ratebeer Get Together - missing the hoarders, Early Winter 2019. Black with a lasting off-white head. Complex aroma of chocolate, licorice, bacon and vanilla. Sweet roasted and smoked flavour with hints of bourbon and a mild bitter finish.

Keg at Warsaw Beer Festival, 07/04/17. Black with a handsome dirty tan cap. Nose is peated malts, charr, dark chocolate, burnt toffee, bitter roast, mellow bourbon. Tastecomprises light mint chocolate notes, dark fruit rinds, black peppery spice, charr, smoked malts, chocolate match makers, mellow barrel. Medium plus body, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a balanced boost. Solid.
