Bottle from local Polish shop – drank at home. Pours a pale gold (maybe a slight brownish tinge) with a small transient white head. A little corn in the aroma – not much. In the mouth it is mainly corn, plus stale breadcrumbs, and washing up water. Sweet at first, but a little sharpness later. A pretty rough macro really.

A bit sweet, not a half bad lager.

Tight white head left a foamy cover on a still, pale amber coloured body. Malt & stale cigarette aroma. Medium bodied, soft & tingly with a cloying back. Sweet berries, stone fruit, malt & lightly hopped tastes. Was expecting much, much worse.

[568ml can from a local Londis store] A straw coloured pour with a fast fading cream head; sweet grainy aroma; sweet cereal taste with a hint of straw; and a dry strawlike finish. A typical Eastern European lager.

Can from Europa Max or whatever the store in Bury St E is called. Aroma is malty, yeasty, sweet 'n lagererery. Clear gold. Thick foamy white head. Not unattractive. Light-medium bitter. Grainy. This is followed up by a tinny citrus sweet and sour. But, yeah there is this odd tinny taste. Medium bodied. Slick. Soft carbonation. Long dry somewhat astringent finish. Kinda different but that's not to its benefit.
