Had a couple of bottles whilst in Barbados, bought from a supermarket in Oistins. Amber colour, minimal head, strong tasting. Sweet caramel aroma, you can smell this is a strong lager. Not bad, but I prefer others by Banks.

Had a few bottles during a couple of weeks on Barbados. Made a nice change from lager, particularly when out of the sun, or in the evening. Almost black, with a tan head, soon dissipating. Sweet and somewhat syrupy, with caramel and mild chocolate.

Bottle from one of the supermarkets. Poured a clear amber with a thin white head. The aroma is malty and the flavour is malty too, but not in a nice way. It’s weak bitter and quite watery. It’s truly awful. If I ever go to the Caribbean I’ll take my own beer!
