About
Hans Anton and Clement Verschoor decided in 2018 to set up a brewery. Hans Anton had years of experience as a hobby brewer and together they dared to do something 'completely different'. A challenge with the aim of creating (a) beautiful beer (brand). After the permits were issued in early 2019, construction of the brewery began. Since 2020, brewing has been taking place in an old farmhouse from the 17th century. We brew our beers in our 15 hectoliter brewhouse in Almkerk. With a fermentation capacity of 135 hl and a lager capacity of 60 hl, we can brew beer twice a week on average.

Dorada nebulosa de muy cremosa espuma blanca de buena retención. Aroma muy belga con predominio de esteres frutales de la fermentación. En boca cuerpo moderado pero el punto de gas hace que pase fácil y sea bebible y refrescante pese a la alta graduación. Sabor agradable con notas frutales y especiadas, cilantro. Amargor pronunciado y final más calórico donde se manifiestan en mayor medida los 9 grados.

Bottle at home. Dusty orange color, full sized off-white head that lasts for quite a long time. Aroma and flavor are malts, weird strawberry notes, unfresh hops, nicely bitter, bitter hops. Nah, not very nice imo.

Marrón oscura, de espuma ocre de retención media. Aroma malteado, chocolate y frutos rojos. En boca tiene cuerpo, oleosa de amargor escaso. Sabor conseguido, con todo lo del aroma y disimulando perfectamente el alcohol. Buena dubbel.

Bottle from Drankenhandel Leiden. Nice spicy Belgian yeast aroma with peppery notes, grain, a touch of ripe fruits. Moderate sweet with a light bitterness. Medium body. Quite a pleasant Tripel.

Dorada, bastante limpia. Espuma de consistencia y retención medias. Aroma a pan y notas de fermentación. Buen punto de carbonatación en boca, refrescante. Amargor moderado. Rico sabor dulcemente malteado, con notas de bollería, florales, y naranja. Buena blonde.

33 cl. bottle @ home, bought @ Plus Culemborg.
Pitch black with a beige head. Low roast notes with lots of coffee and chocolate. Sweet taste with a low bitter smooth finish. Very nice imperial stout.

Clear yellow gold beer, big aery irregular white head, unstable, dissipates quickly, non adhesive. Aroma: all malts, nothing but malts, grains, pretty oxidized as well, some cardboard, oh boy, this is gonna suck, isn’t it? MF: ok carbon, medium to light body. Taste: all malts, grassy touch, unpleasant bitterness, cardboard, oxidized, wet grains, bleh. Aftertaste: bitter, a bit metallic, grassy, grains, dry, bleh.
