Our love for gastronomy, our family tradition in creating flavors and products and the endless hours of testing and experimenting led us to create a microbrewery which is located in Serres, but is addressed to all Greece.

Enforced by the love of friends and associates home brewers and with the support of a state-of-the-art technological equipment, applied for the first time in a microbrewery, we offer flavors full of essences, freshness and long-lasting aftertaste, made here in the North for all beer lovers in Greece and beyond.

Our goal is to contribute somehow to the Greek gastronomy map by adding new, differentiated recipes of non-pasteurized, high quality and rich-flavored beer. We will be delighted to travel together in this great world of flavors and aromas, along with our beers that are here to stay.

From bottle. Clear golden color with white head. Malty and light hoppy aroma, veggie and onion hoppy, light caramel and grainy, light citrusy fruity. Sweet and light bitter taste. Light to medium almost oily body with soft carbonation.

Bottle. Orange Amber color. Soft grassy aroma with passion fruit. Grassy, slightly herbal flavor with licorice and tropical fruit. The hopbitterness is rather shy. Still a Well made beer, thanks Douberd!

Bottle, thanks Rouhlas. Golden color. Soft maltaroma with hints of hay. Floral hopbitter flavor with hints of malt and hay. Apple. Decent and drinkable, but thinnish.

Bottle from Rouhlas, thanks! Wheat and lemon in the aroma. Wheaty sweetish citric flavor with lots of coreander. Tasty enough, but the balance could be better.

bottle from wine shop in olea shoppin center, platanias, crete.Hazy yellow, small white head. Mild juicy hoppy aroma. Flavor is fruity hoppy with mango, oranges , pine, grapefruit. sweet fullbodied malty balace, not so dry. aftertaste is quite bitter.

Bottle. Dark brown, close to black color, creamy foam. Aroma: sweet, caramel, coffee, chocolate, burnt barley, not bad. Taste: sweetish, coffee, caramel, burnt barley, dark chocolate, a little cream and whiskey, not bad.

bottle from wine shop in platanias. clear yellow, small white head. Very nice US flowery hoppy aroma, refreshing, dry. a little dry malts. flavor is dry malty, slightly flowery from hops. Very refreshing, one of the best low alc beers i have tasted. I have a serious hangover today, still this low alc beer is a real treat.

Tap at oreia shopping centre cafe in platanias. Hazy yellow, smooth white head. Spicy herbal and juicy hoppy aroma. Fainter clean malts.flavor is mild south european pils but with a lot more juicy us hops. Not much hoppy bitterness as such but a lot of the flowery grape and drier yelloe fruity notes. No fruit from yesdt like a belgian. Very nice dry and very tadty lager with very low bitterness and very soft carbonation.a treat.

bottle from syn.ka supermarket to the west of chania. clear to hazy yellow, small white head. strong hoppy aroma, flowery hoppy,pine, grapefrut. light malty. flavor is malty, slightly malty sweet, flowery, bitter. easy drinking refreshing beer with nice flowery notes from the hops, as well as american hoppy bitterness, ending in a more flavorless bitterness. good session beer, not so heavy on the malts.
