Our love for gastronomy, our family tradition in creating flavors and products and the endless hours of testing and experimenting led us to create a microbrewery which is located in Serres, but is addressed to all Greece.
Enforced by the love of friends and associates home brewers and with the support of a state-of-the-art technological equipment, applied for the first time in a microbrewery, we offer flavors full of essences, freshness and long-lasting aftertaste, made here in the North for all beer lovers in Greece and beyond.
Our goal is to contribute somehow to the Greek gastronomy map by adding new, differentiated recipes of non-pasteurized, high quality and rich-flavored beer. We will be delighted to travel together in this great world of flavors and aromas, along with our beers that are here to stay.

33cl bottle from De Blanck, Nidri, Lefkada: BB 17th Jan 2018. Drank on my hotel room balcony overlooking Nidri Marina on 13th Oct 2017. Cloudy yellow body, white crown. Yeasty, citrusy and salty. Strange but enjoyable Wit beer with enough about it to keep me interested throughout the 33cl.

330ml bottle: BB 12th Mar 2017. Drank on 9th Oct 2017 overlooking Nidri Harbour, beer obtained from The Greek Food Market, Sivota (Lefkada). Clean and clear golden pour, white covering that faded quickly. Floral perfumed aroma with a honey twist. Taste also honey like with a sweetness and late bitterness.

5th Oct 2017, 330ml bottle into the correct glass in De Blanck, Nidri on the island of Lefkada. Very good all round, lovely dark pour and tanned head, great aroma and taste of chocolate malts and coffee flavours, an ideal nightcap after a day sunning ourselves and an evening stroll.

330ml bottle bought online from Maltby & Greek. Pours pitch black with a thin brown head. Aroma of dark roasted malts. Flavours of bitter chocolate, some coffee, toasty malts, dry finish. Medium body. A pretty reasonable ’dry’ stout, although a tad bitter for my palate
