Bottle 33 cl. Pours a clear, reddish brown with a creamy and lacing beige head. Sweet, vanillaish aroma. Body is very slick and smooth, again vanilla accents atop of the roast, getting some malt bitterness towards the end but remain a somewhat creamy character. Not bad. 260916

Pours a very hazy yellow color, sunny, topped with a huge and quite staying white head, foamy. Medium spicy aroma, some sweaty wheaty notes and a feel of dry fruits. Quite spicy feel to the taste, actually a bit too much, lots of coriander, and quite yeasty. A bit sweet with some herbal bittery finish. A bit too spicy/yeasty combination for me, but ok.

0.33 l bottle at Beerstore!, Thessaloniki, Greece. Shared with lovely Anja and her father. Murky, almost opaque yellow, diminishing white head. Yeasty, light banana aroma. Sweet, candy, citrus develops. Medium carbonation, medium body, fruity finish. To much carbonation, otherwise good balance.

Pours a fairly clear golden, topped with a big and quite lasting creamy white head. Mildly grassy with quite some caramel presence in the nose. Taste starts slightly sweet with caramel, followed by a more mellow bitterness. Medium body. Not a typical light and fresh pils, but still pretty enjoyable.

33cl Bottle on Syros, at the boulevard. Great find on an island that seems to have abolished good beer. The local Carrefour used to stock some variety but has now gone to Amstel and Heineken only. Man was I disappointed. Anyway, the beer is black with a beige head. Aroma of chocolate, brownie, cocoa, roasted malts, coffee, plums. Flavour is light to medium sweet, roasted, chocolate, light fruity, caramel, dry bitter finish with a hint of berries. Light to medium bodied, firm carbonation. Good, tasty.
