Description
Our love for gastronomy, our family tradition in creating flavors and products and the endless hours of testing and experimenting led us to create a microbrewery which is located in Serres, but is addressed to all Greece.
Enforced by the love of friends and associates home brewers and with the support of a state-of-the-art technological equipment, applied for the first time in a microbrewery, we offer flavors full of essences, freshness and long-lasting aftertaste, made here in the North for all beer lovers in Greece and beyond.
Our goal is to contribute somehow to the Greek gastronomy map by adding new, differentiated recipes of non-pasteurized, high quality and rich-flavored beer. We will be delighted to travel together in this great world of flavors and aromas, along with our beers that are here to stay.

Bottle. A rather soft Pilsener. Slightly grainy, rather low bitterness, carbonation could be more lively. Not as dry as expected, but quaffable. Okay.

Bottle at Egget Kafe, Oslo. ABV is 7%. Unusually strong for a witbier, and the alcohol is noticeable - otherwise both appearance, aroma and flavour are typical for the witbier style. Quite enjoyable.

Bottle from a Thessaloniki supermarket, Greece. Pours a deep amber colour with an off white head dissipating to leave good lacing. Aroma has a good level of hop, with spice, honey and hint of nutmeg. Fairly high level of bitterness, light sweetness. Medium body, sticky texture, average carbonation. Finish is more sweet than bitter. Enjoyed this, best so far of my visit to Greece.

Bottle shared at a tasting. Thanks Raul! Good malt-forward nose with caramel and fruit. Malty on the palate and sweet with some light cardboard. Hides abv quite well. Bitter finish.

Bottle from European Secret Santa 2015, thank you rouhlas! Pours amber, reddish. Bit of foam. Aroma is sweetish hoppy, probably oxidised but still feels rich and fruity. Taste is malty, bit messy, has bitterness yes, but not really clean. Fruits are there also, maybe some honey too. Finish is densely bitter, not too aromatic. Still, better than I thought actually.

Bottle from European Secret Santa, thanks rouhlas! Pours pitch black, bit of sticky beige foam. Aroma has some velvety milkiness. Stout as a milk stout. Bit of roast also in the nose. Taste feels actually surprisingly heavy and bitter hops are giving it more character. I do get some slight smokiness and dark fruits. Pretty good stout, maybe somewhat edgy around the corners but I did like it.
