Description
Our love for gastronomy, our family tradition in creating flavors and products and the endless hours of testing and experimenting led us to create a microbrewery which is located in Serres, but is addressed to all Greece.
Enforced by the love of friends and associates home brewers and with the support of a state-of-the-art technological equipment, applied for the first time in a microbrewery, we offer flavors full of essences, freshness and long-lasting aftertaste, made here in the North for all beer lovers in Greece and beyond.
Our goal is to contribute somehow to the Greek gastronomy map by adding new, differentiated recipes of non-pasteurized, high quality and rich-flavored beer. We will be delighted to travel together in this great world of flavors and aromas, along with our beers that are here to stay.

Bottle shared thanks to trade with Roulas. Pours near black with a thick beige head. Aroma of roasted malts, dark chocolate, light coffee and toffee. Flavour is moderate sweet and over moderate bitter. Medium bodied with a soft fuzzy mouthfeel and very soft carbonation. Very nicely drinkable simple stout.

Bottle @ Beer O'clock, Heraklion, 5/30/15
Dark brown pour with a leading brown head and medium lace. Roast/coffee aroma. Similar flavour, finished slightly bitter. Clean and soft fell, medium body, finishes dry. Personally, my favorite of the Voreia beers and up there with the top 2-3 Greek micro brews I tried on the trip.

Pours an orange color with frothy beige head and fairly heavy lace. Fairly malty for the style, good go presence as well. Solid IPA, probably as good if not better than the other Greek one I have tried. Very drinkable and clean, somewhat dry finish.

Pours black, nearly opaque color, medium to full body. Large, beige, creamy head, fairly lasting. Very good appearance, good lacing, oily texture, soft carbonation. Aroma is roasted malt, has hints of molasses and caramel, but coffee and chocolate prevail. Light to medium sweetness, with tones of brown sugar, toffee, plum, and dry fruits. At some point I got a hint of butterscotch. Leaves a fairly lasting bittersweet aftertaste. Surprisingly good, this is the first Greek stout ever to be produced, definitely the best beer Siris Brewery has produced so far, and one of the best Greek crafts out there.
