Can from Total Wine in Vacaville, CA. Pours hazy gold with a large persistent white head. Aroma has lots of citrus and a resin note. More than med body. Juicy but not very sweet. There's so much hop - but the strong bitter doesn't bite. One quaff and my brain tried to swoon. Lots of citrus, maybe some white grapes, and then pine/resin is detectible. This is strong stuff.

Can from Tavour. Pours lightly translucent gold with a large white head. Aroma seems lime Med body. Flavor is strong. Very dry. Very bitter. LIme and white berry with some resin notes. Slightly mouth puckering. Not your mother's pils for sure. Excellent.

16 ounce can from Tavour. Mahogany brown pour. Small tan head. Roasty malt aroma has caramel notes. Flavor upfront is smooth and malty. Some refined roastiness. Hints of toffee and toasted nuts as well. My first Sticke Alt in some time and I really enjoyed this interpretation of this classic style.

16oz can from Tavour. Dark brown pour with a thick, creamy, beige head. Malty aroma mild sweetness, nutty. Taste offers up some light roasty notes followed immediately by sweetness, nutty and a mellow bitter finish. Nice mouthfeel and flavor. Well done!
